Why Choose Us

North Gwinnett Hospital Services, LLC provides quality, compassionate hospice and palliative care for people facing a life-limiting illness. We offer a wide range of services geared toward end-of-life care.

Our Hospice care team collaborates closely with the patient's primary care physician and other healthcare providers to ensure consistent and coordinated care, meeting the unique needs of the patients.

When is it Time for Hospice Care?

It is time for hospice when a patient’s focus has shifted from curative measures to making the most of life and spending quality time with family. Hospice care is most beneficial the sooner it begins. Many people are not referred early enough to take advantage of all that hospice has to offer. Families and patients receive the most benefit from hospice when hospice is in the home for three months or longer.

Multispecialty

Skilled nursing is the backbone of our hospice care. Our team also includes aides, therapists, social workers, the hospice physician, volunteers, spiritual advisors/chaplains, and more. An entire team aligned toward your comfort and dignity.
